How much should I order?

Our Individual meals are designed to serve one person. Hard Body Meals is here for your convenience, so order as much or as little as you need each week for breakfast, lunch and or dinner.

How long do the meals last?

Refrigerated, we guarantee 4 days. Not sure you'll get to your meal in time? Just throw it in the freezer before the “Enjoy By Date” printed on each meal.

How do I reheat the meals?

Individual meals arrive in a microwave safe container so you can just grab, zap & go. Heat for 2-3 minutes.

Can you accommodate allergies? How about Vegetarian or Vegan?

Yes we can. We take allergies very seriously. Whether its a nut allergy, gluten sensitivity or even just a preference. Please let us know at the time of your order what the issue may be and we'll contact you to discuss the best course of action.

How do I get my meals?

At the time of ordering just choose Delivery or Pick-Up. Our meal prep Delivery/Pick-Up Schedule is: Sunday’s & Wednesday’s.

How can I pay for my meals?

By Credit Card/Gift Card online at HARDBODYMEALS.COM.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

We prefer someone is available at time of delivery to accept the order. We can & will not be liable for any food after delivery is made. If you or someone else is not available to accept your order we request that there is an iced down cooler large enough to fit the entire order in.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 50 miles of our store front location in Haverhill, MA. Just plug in your zip code at time of checkout to see if we deliver to your town, there may be a delivery charge based on your location. Pickup is always free at our kitchen in Haverhill, MA.
